By downloading or using WEGO Parking Community ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WEGO is a community platform that lets drivers voluntarily share and discover available parking spots in real time. We do not own, control, or guarantee the availability of any parking spot listed in the App.
You agree not to:
When you broadcast a parking spot, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Spot data is visible to all users and is automatically removed after its expiry time. Do not broadcast spots you do not actually have.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that parking spots listed will be available when you arrive. Always follow local traffic laws and posted parking signs. WEGO is not liable for parking tickets, towing, or any loss resulting from use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venue Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
